a) When you visit our website, our hosting provider temporarily stores server logs (IP address, date/time, requested page, referrer, browser/OS) for technical reasons. These logs are used solely for server security and stability and are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
b) When you submit the contact or booking form you provide: name, email address, optional phone number, preferred format/time and your message. We process this data exclusively to respond to your request and – if you book a coaching engagement – to manage the business relationship.
c) We do NOT use any tracking, analytics software (Google Analytics etc.), pixels or advertising cookies.

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without your name and email address we cannot answer your enquiry.
This website uses strictly necessary cookies only. There is no tracking.
Specifically: – `luhr_lang` (1 year): stores your language preference (DE/EN/IT/FR). – `luhr_cookie_notice` (1 year): remembers that you've seen the privacy notice. – PHP session (cleared on browser close): required for language handling during your visit.
Because we only use functionally necessary cookies, no consent is required under FADP/GDPR.
We share your data only with the following carefully selected service providers acting on our behalf:
1. Hosting: our Swiss web-hosting provider (server logs, database).
2. Email delivery: Resend, Inc. (USA) – we use Resend to deliver confirmation and notification emails. When you submit a form, your name, email and message are sent to Resend for delivery. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Resend is certified (https://resend.com/legal/dpa).
No data is shared beyond the above.
This website does NOT load any fonts or scripts from third-party CDNs (no Google Fonts, no Tailwind CDN). The Inter typeface is served exclusively from our own server. No data is transmitted to Google, Cloudflare or similar services when you visit.
Contact and booking enquiries are stored as long as needed to respond and – where a business relationship is established – to comply with statutory retention periods (typically 10 years for business correspondence under Swiss CO Art. 958f). Enquiries that do not result in a mandate are deleted no later than 12 months after the last correspondence.
You have the right at any time to: – access your stored data – rectify inaccurate data – deletion (subject to statutory retention obligations) – restrict processing – data portability – object to processing
